You can build a model of what you know by entering examples from your personal experience and categorizing them according to parameters that you think may be important distinctions between those examples.
There are many other examples of companies that have evolved their business model to reflect the emergence of the Age of Transparency: for example, Zappos, the online retailer, is also a model for a new way to build and run a business.
