Terence Stokes, formerly of Glenvale Gardens, and MichaelStokes, of Chapel Road, were jailed in October after admitting conspiracy to make false representation.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council had been made aware of the proceedings, the court heard, and Judge MichaelStokes said Ahmed would never work in the care profession again.
Lord Chief Justice Sir Declan Morgan held that MichaelStokes' subsequent legitimate success in the theory test helped "ameliorate" the trial judge's concerns about letting unqualified drivers onto the roads.
