Despite a bunch of metallic objects being heaped on the pad, it was intelligent enough to only send power to the phones, keeping gum boxes and coins cool, calm and collected.

The keypad is plenty usable, with large metallic keys, but the recessed d-pad makes navigation a bit of a chore.
