And it notes that ManpowerGroup stands to benefit from substantial growth prospects in under-penetrated staffing markets, such as Italy, Germany and the Nordic region.

At more than 60 years old, ManpowerGroup is one of the oldest and largest staffing firms in the country, handling both part-time and full-time work.
The ManpowerGroup said Tuesday that its latest quarterly survey of 18, 000 U.S. employers found that 18 percent expect to add jobs in the April-June quarter.

But reflecting the trend reported in the analysis piece, two of the companies that reported hiring plans, ManpowerGroup and Robert Half International, specialize in part-time placement, and said they planned to do a lot of hiring overseas.
