If the softness seen recently in the pound does become extended, the next logical level of support could come in near 1.5530 and then at a more major zone between 1.5440 and 1.5450.
So the logical assumption is that Facebook will file the S-1 in April, once it has year-end audited financial data, and then go public a few months after that, likely next August or September.
