Best known for helping defeat General Custer at the Battle of Little Big Horn in 1876, Crazy Horse was by all accounts a courageous warrior who inspired his people and others alike.
Unlike Afghanistan, which has opium (and Iraq which has oil), the Horn has little of economic value to fuel a war: its frontline, after all, can barely keep a cow alive.
With shadows deepening, we pile into tour buses and drive to the Little League field, where Bradley again breaks the rules of presidential horn blowing.
