The company, founded and based in China and far-and-away market leader there, was the only Wintel (Microsoft and Intel) firm in the latest PC shipment figures put out by IDC and Gartner to have substantially beat the overall market worldwide.
The idea is to have a computer recognize and answer questions asked by callers, such as where a restaurant is located and its latest reviews or how soon an ordered shipment is expected to arrive.
