There were initial reports of a slightly laggy electronic viewfinder and somewhat slow AF speeds, but I'm not terribly bothered.

Even on WiFi, control feels laggy, and there's no native guide (though there's an icon to quickly pull up your set-top box's guide).

We spent some time with it, and while we're impressed with the new lock screen, honeycomb app launcher, and browser, it's obviously just a paint job -- it's still kinda laggy and the media features haven't been changed at all.
