Mr. Eupierre, a 71-year-old immigrant from Cuba, bought his first Burger King franchise in the late 1970s, after working nights as a Burger Kingassistant store manager.
Robin McBryde will carry out the same role with the U18 coaching team, while Wayne Jones joins the U20 management as assistant coach alongside Pontypridd's Simon King.
