U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies have worked successfully with Pakistani security services to capture or kill key al-Qaida figures, including Sept. 11 mastermind KhalidSheikh Mohammed.
President Bush announced today that KhalidSheikh Mohammed and 13 other prisoners held in secret CIA prisons have be transferred to prisons run by the Pentagon at Guantanamo or elsewhere.
