In a written statement, attorney Paul Kemp said his firm had represented Ivins for more than a year.

Prof Kemp said the next phase would depend on developing much smaller fields than the large finds from the 1970s and 1980s.
Kemp said Ivins was innocent and blamed his death on the investigation.
"For six years, Dr. Ivins fully cooperated with that investigation, assisting the government in every way that was asked of him, " Kemp said.

But Mrs Kemp said she was "horrified" to receive an email from the company's solicitors, announcing that they were suing her for defamation over her tweets.
"The relentless pressure of accusation and innuendo takes its toll in different ways on different people, as has already been seen in this investigation, " Kemp said.
With regard to campaign finance scandals that have rocked the Democratic Party and touched the Republicans recently too, Kemp said the blame lies with the White House.
