In the village of Kasia(ph), near the border with Zimbabwe, Judith Kayaba(ph) is weeding a vegetable patch with three of her sons.
Stopping to chat under the shade of a thick-stalked banana plant, Kayaba says malaria is the biggest health problem in her village.
Ms. KAYABA: And here, in our community, we don't have a clinic.
