He was the unanimous choice of the Argyle board and follows businessman Yasuaki Kagami's investment in April.

Mr Kagami has yet to meet the board or visit Home Park.
He will meet the board on Friday, along with Yasuaki Kagami.
Todd and Gardner took a joint 13% share in the Devon club in July 2009, when along with Japanese investor, Yasuaki Kagami, they formed a 51% majority that saw Todd being charged with running the club.
