Plans for a multimillion-pound alteration to a trunk road junction and improvements to the centre of a North Yorkshire town are to go on display.

The two other proposed sites are land next to the John Marley Centre, Norland Road, Scotswood, and land south of Armstrong Road, near the junction with Whitehouse Road, Scotswood.
