Panasonic has enlisted film director Kevin Smith , known for Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, to shoot two commercials that will appear no less than 823 times during teen-magnet shows like Felicity on the WB, South Park on Comedy Central and MTV's latest assault on television's lowest common denominator, The Osbournes.
