Merrill Lynch analyst Tom Kraemer took the proactive road, typically the one less traveled on Wall Street, and sliced his rating on the shares yesterday to an "intermediate-term neutral" from "accumulate" and lowered his revenue estimates for the third quarter, fiscal 2001 and fiscal 2002, along with his earnings estimates.
