Intel announced a new SATAinterface enterprise solid state drive (SSD) that uses 25 nm multi-level cell flash memory (this is 2 bit per cell technology referred to as MLC).
SanDisk has announced their first new enterprise SSD since they purchased Pliant a couple of months ago and their iSSD ball grid array storage product for tablets and other mobile devices has been adopted as a SATAinterface standard.
