Owners of smaller estates may not want to commit assets to the strategies mentioned intheparagraphabove because of the greater potential that the owner may need these assets for personal or business reasons, or the assets are not easy to segregate.
One of my favorite examples of what I described intheparagraphabove is the weak leader who cannot deal with subordinates who use emotional deceit as a weapon of destruction.
