That's really what matters at the end and, as I said, we mustn't be obsessed with the system, we must be obsessed with the patient and the quality of the care that they get.
"You hear these horror stories in the press that a particular church must close - but I think it's axiomatic that if a church must close, it mustn't close, " he said.
What you mustn't then become is just locked in looking back, what I think we've now got to do and what all of us have got to offer the country is a way forward.
