Had I been informed of these illegal activities prior to the May 18th meeting, I would have stopped them, or failing that, brought them to the attention of the full board.
Accordingly, I have shared my views with the Board and today informedthem of my decision to resign as Chairman and a director, effective immediately, in order to explore all available options for my ownership stake.
