Because part of whathappens when politics is involved in transportation is that the commissioner over here may not have the same ideas, the mayor over here may not have the same idea as the senator over there -- except they all represent a similar region.
This is one of the things that's changed in the world economy over the last two or three decades, is that this is a global economy now, and whathappens anywhere in the world can have an impact here in the United States.
And it is all going to come down to whathappens in just a few key battleground states like right here in Florida. (Applause.) And let me help put it in perspective.
