In an unusual arrangement, Bush became CEO and President of Northrop Grumman while DreamWorks Animation head Lewis W. Coleman assumed the role of non-executive Chairman of the Board.
The arrangement arose out of his longstanding ties to Sulia CEO Jonathan Glick, who earlier was head of product development under Nisenholtz at the Times Co.
To give the arrangement a more acceptable gloss, it will also bring in civilians, and will be led by the head of the interim government, Fakhruddin Ahmed, a former World Bank official.
