The old offices of Factory Records (the label behind Joy Division and the Happy Mondays) are now music venue Factory 251, part-owned by ex-Joy Division and New Order bassist Peter Hook.
But the thing about this project that makes me most happy is the passion, joy and satisfaction I felt while working on it with two guys who I like building stuff with.
The Durutti Column were among the first acts signed to Manchester's Factory Records label - which was also home to Joy Division, New Order and the Happy Mondays.
All the familiar ornaments of the season of joy, that reminds so many of us of happy times with our family, have been pressed into service as memorials of loss.
