Johnny Knoxville gets unaccountably prominent billing for little more than an extended cameo as a guy named Dinkum, a screwy gunnut with a penchant for cavalier headgear.
The villain has a squadron of evil henchmen (led by Peter Stormare), while the sheriff has his deputies on hand, plus a local gunnut (Johnny Knoxville) whose treasured possessions prove to be extremely useful.
