This breaking off from the social graph is a complete change in direction from what Parker had worked on at Facebook and is currently helping to develop at music site Spotify.
The two looked eerily similar, especially in the final year, and on the far right-hand-side the pink line representing the 1929 Dow fell steeply off the side of the graph.
