Helping people understand how to respect and appreciate our differences using gender-intelligence, I wonder about how to convey the material to help people lead successful lives living true to their core values and beliefs.
Assertiveness, intelligence, and a solid work ethic are not gender nor race based, and promotions SHOULD not be either. (Yes, I know it's idealistic) Most women do not want special favors, but we do demand to be rewarded when we accomplish positive results.
