Once you reach Gellert Square, try the natural spring baths, which are expensive for a couple of hours, but a bargain for a half or even a whole day.

Once the track reopens at the end of this month, and for barely a euro, you can ride the number 19 or 41 tram along the western bank of the Danube all the way to Gellert Square, with an excellent view of the river and the Pest embankment.
