Kentucky lawyers Shirley Cunningham, William Gallion and Melbourne Mills, Jr. recruited some 440 clients after reports that fen-phen, a diet-drug combination, could cause life-threatening side effects.
During a deposition, Traystman asked Courtney Gallion for the passwords for her Facebook account, as well as EHarmony and Match (which she had apparently already joined).
Attorneys William Gallion and Shirley Cunningham were sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2009 for their roles in the stealing settlement money from their clients.
