Qualcomm has an opportunity to lead in the LTE space because it already builds a chipset that has worldwide capabilities (Gobi), and because it has announced that all of its LTE chipsets will support both types of LTE (Frequency Division Duplex and Time Division Duplex) that will be deployed.
