He was certainly always a great supporter. (Just tonight, for example, I was reminded of a terrific video that he sent us for the 10th anniversary Mathematica user conference, that I will have to see if I can get posted.) And he was always keen for us to work first with NeXT, and later with Apple.
For the vote tonight is not just about the quality of a recently reshuffled government.
But most of all, I want to thank all of you for taking the time, not just tonight, but I know so many of you who have been working so hard over the last year or two, or three and a half.
