According to Massachusetts State Police, Judge Robert Prince released the 18-year-old defendant on bail to his parents in order to make finalarrangements before sentencing.
It is intended that the successful company will operate the facilities for 10 years, although the finalarrangements will need approval from a majority of States members.
Many traders, as well as citizens of the euro area, had hoped that final agreements and arrangements for the fund could be made during the EU Economic Summit that is starting in Brussels tomorrow.
