Recently, I was in a meeting where the CIO of an organization undergoing IT transformation shared that keeping the right perspective is the key to getting through with the ups and downs facing the IT teams during the change accompanying transformation.
It goes without saying that achieving such a transformation would also be very much in the interest of developed nations facing immense demands on limited foreign aid resources.
