"The bans will start from Wednesday 23 August, 14 days on from the day the FA received the match officials' report from the Dutch FA, " said an FA statement.
Published last week, the FA's 63-page report into the case made for uncomfortable reading as it detailed the dispute and its subsequent fall out over the last year.
Other highlights of the report included support for the establishment of an FA Women's Super League, encouraging an affordable season-ticket policy and better access to council-owned pitches for junior players.
The release of the single came after a damning report by the Hillsborough Independent Panel into the handling of the crowd crush at the FA Cup semi-final match between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest.
