Politicians in Bath are to launch their latest bid for expansion of one of the city's park-and-ride sites.

With the expansion from women's clothes to take in wallpaper, furniture, bedding, lampshades and bath products, the business and its 500 shops across the world seemed set for a flourishing future.

"We believe an improved public transport network is essential if our area is to create new jobs for local people, so the completion of the Odd Down park and ride expansion is a step in the right direction, " said Ian Bell, Director of the Bath Chamber of Commerce.
