It's changing the perceptions within a company about the rapidity with which everybody has to move.
And I think what I said applies to everyone in this debate, everybody involved in these negotiations, and in some ways that includes every member of Congress -- to get a resolution for the American people, to get the work done that they want done, everybody needs to move off their starting position.
