After only seven months, with my Tonight Show in its infancy, NBC has decided to react to their terrible difficulties in prime-time by making a change in their long-established late night schedule.
The instructions provide that the corporation has taken an uncertain tax position with respect to the amortization deduction in 2010 for which a tax reserve was established (in 2009), and consequently the corporation is required to disclose the position on the 2010 Schedule UTP.
