Many companies draw a distinction between "consumers, " those who are the end-user of a product or service, and "customers, " those who are the trade, distributors and so on.
Where we are headed as a company and where the industry is headed is to a service where the end-user selects their profile for high quality or low cost connections.
But the problem with greenwashing goes well beyond the greenwasher and the greenwashed enduser where the consumer fails to receive the benefit of the bargain by not getting the green product or service they expected.
