HidroEX is a Category II UNESCO Center based at Frutal, Minas Gerais, with the mission of implementing excellence programmes in the area of education, research and training in consonance with the UNESCO International Hydrological Programme regarding the preservation and sustainable management of water resources through actions of regional and worldwide range.
