Druker estimates that perhaps only 20% of the key drug targets have been discovered to date.

Druker said researchers need to understand critical early differences between each cancer type and normal cells.
Druker cautions that it is much to early to know if the vaccine is effective.
"I certainly share some skepticism about whether this will work or not, " Druker says.
"The part is in the engine, but you don't know if it's broken or not, " Druker says.
"These organizations, these cartels, they function like a Fortune 500 company, " Webb County, Texas, prosecutor Uriel Druker said.
Druker thinks things are moving so fast that the situation will improve, albeit not as fast as people want.

But seeing a response in almost every patient is astounding, and Druker says there is good reason to enlist the immune system in treating CML. If AGI-858 is safe and even somewht effective, he hopes it might often be given on top of Gleevec.
