Without need for further order or authorization of the Court, the Debtors, or the Reorganized Debtors, as appropriate, are authorized and empowered to make any and all modifications to the Plan, any and all documents described in or included as part of the Plan Supplement, the Purchase Agreement, and any other document that is necessary to effectuate the Plan.
