The system uses a combination of algorithms, optics and additional sensor inputs to adjust targeting for distance and other factors affecting the bullet trajectory.
According to Philips, the sensor measures your inter-pupillary distance -- the distance two pupils -- to determine whether you're sitting at an optimal distance from the monitor.
This means the rear lens elements are as close as possible to the sensor, reducing the back focus distance of each lens to the minimum possible, thus achieving high resolution from edge to edge.
