Joe Sertich, curator of dinosaurs at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, who discovered the dinosaur, said it was closely related to well-known dinosaurs from southern continents.
He discovered a paper in a 2006 issue of the journal Nature co-authored by Bruce Buchholz, a physicist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Kirsty L. Spalding of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm.
While those findings suggest that high-powered incentives are more effective than origination bonuses, there are drawbacks inherent in the delayed nature of performance-based bonuses, the researchers discovered.
