The problem is when an individual or corporation has no directintention of working with the community towards ethical and sustainable fishing practices from their business operation.
"Bolivia cannot expect a direct, frank and sincere dialogue while it simultaneously manifests its intention to go to international tribunals, " said Chilean President Sebastian Pinera.
