Mrs Dion said the repairs would be carried out with minimum impact on the public.
Mr. Dion said the group sees the One Fund in Boston as a guide.
"I'll be able to give my fans something I never gave before: a visual show, " Dion said.
Mr. Dion said national surveys have shown that less than 10% of abuse cases are reported to police.

But beyond the glamour, fame and fortune, Dion said she remembers her roots in a small Canadian village.

Councillor Mike Brooke, leader of the Liberal Democrat group, said it was an interesting remark for Mrs Dion to make.
Councillor Mark Howell, leader of the Poole People party, described Mrs Dion's comment as a "quip", but said it showed "an underlying complacency".
"There are times when calls like this happen when we are not able to make a difference because it is outside of our realm, " Dion Burleson, a spokesman for Lincoln County Emergency Management, said.
