They created a competition for teams of their employees, their sales offices in these different countries, to go and find errors in the localized dialogueboxes.
One of the problems we talked about was that when they were releasing Windows 7, Microsoft released it in dozens and dozens of different countries and languages, and they had to make sure the dialogueboxes worked well in every one of those languages.
