"I'd buy property in Georgia or the Dominican Republic because the boomers are going to go there to learn from them, " Demko says.

Demko thinks that some of the most health-conscious boomers will gravitate toward places with a healthy local population, such as Okinawa, the former Soviet republic of Georgia and the Dominican Republic.
