"We are seeing greater numbers securing permanent jobs across a variety of sectors, but progress is slow and employment figures are masked, to some degree, by the high numbers employed in part-time roles, " she said.
Mr Jones said he had also discussed other matters with the Prime Minister including "Wales' funding situation, in particular borrowing powers" and the progressof the Silk Commission, which is currently looking at whether Wales should have some degreeof tax-varying powers.
Don't get me wrong -- we're making progress, but most of that progress has been restricted to mobile platforms. webOS, iPhone OS and Android all have driven some degreeof innovation beyond the PC desktop.
