On September 6 BofA CEO Brian Moynihan announced a major management shuffle that found Krawcheck and Price out of jobs while DavidDarnell and Tom Montag were named to the newly-created positions of co-chief operating officers.
"We have listened to our customers very closely over the last few weeks and recognize their concern with our proposed debit usage fee, " said DavidDarnell, co-chief operating officer of Bank of America, in a statement.
