The strategic changes the company unveiled include closing stores, completing the wind down of its legacy catalog business, realignment of its call center operations and reorganization of its custom decorating business.
The Center has since expanded its iPad courses to include custom programs for employees at particular companies and a mobile marketing course that will also integrate handheld iPod touches.
