Professor Ian Hargreaves was commissioned to carry out an independent review of the creative industries following concerns from stakeholders that the assembly government was not meeting these needs.
In June, a review of Sats by Lord Bew recommended the creative writing test should be scrapped and children's creative writing skills assessed by teachers.
Those in the creative industries who dubbed Professor Hargreaves' mission "the Google review" feared that our copyright regime would be torn up and replaced with a fair use law.
The review made clear that Wales has the foundations upon which it is possible to build a creative industries sector which can be a major player within the UK and beyond.
